The End of the Avenue is a proudly family-run business created by Angharad with her husband Dave. With a passion for simple living, beekeeping, their five unruly chickens and two countryside-loving children, this is a family business built from the ground up.

Everything you see from The End of the Avenue has come from their very own passions and pastimes; whether it's beeswax candles from their own hives, handmade soaps from homegrown ingredients or making a brilliant product that has become a lasting addition to their home and lifestyle.

After all, Angharad and her family's goal is to offer Goods that they love, that will last, and will not cost the earth to make. Their Goods are made with passion and an effort to craft with care.

Our scented candles are hand-poured here in small batches at The End of the Avenue, from a blend of rapeseed wax and beeswax.

Using this blend of natural waxes is not only good for the environment, but also means that our candles release their fragrance gently and cleanly; keeping the air fresh and less smoky than other wax types. It also gives our candles an extended burning time, so that you’ll have longer to enjoy them.
We have a range of contemporary fragrances to choose from, depending on your mood.
The glass jars can also be recycled or reused - we like to keep seeds in ours!

Take off your muddy boots and curl up under a blanket with the warming scent of this delicately woodsy, yet sweet fragrance. With the tart citrus of bergamot, and the earthy complexity of patchouli, this is the perfect candle to settle in with on autumn and winter evenings.
